A Development Update

A new group of development projects is about to once again redefine the already dynamic Fenway Neighborhood of Boston. Join us as we hear first-hand about the Fenway’s latest projects from the developers who previously brought  Landmark Center, Fenway Trilogy and 1330 Boylston Street to the neighborhood. The Abbey Group will break ground on 1282 Boylston Street, a 322 unit residential high-rise  in the spring of 2013. Boylston Properties has steel going up on the Fenway Marriott Residence Inn. Samuels & Associates, along with their partners J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., scheduled to break ground on the mixed use Boylston West, which will feature a new Target Superstore, 172 units of housing and 233,000 SF of office. You will learn about how the Fenway developed into the vibrant and youthful neighborhood it is and what changes the new development will bring.
